The 3 R’s
LLoyd Staffing works diligently to recruit, refer and retain quality associates. Every
one of our associates undergoes a thorough testing and interviewing process which
encompasses a personal meeting with a Staffing Specialist. We use a state-of-the-art
applicant testing system comprised of a library of more than 800 tests that can be
tailored to specific client need. These skill assessments are offered online 24/7 and are
fully validated adhering to EEOC guidelines. Results are measured in easily interpreted
data including the time taken to complete an exercise and the level of mastery.
At LLoyd, our average temporary associates work with us for a period of 39 weeks or
longer (3 times longer than the national average.) We work hard to retain our
contingent talent which in turn, minimizes inconvenience for LLoyd clients and
