Bullying in a workplace

A non-physical behavior that has physical and
 psychological consequences. The purpose of
 bullying is to exclude or single out a person by
 embarrassing, ignoring, or blaming them for an
 unexplained reason.
Forms of Workplace Bullying
Verbal Abuse: Shouting, Arguing and Cursing
 at employees.
Criticizing or blaming someone for an
 unexplained reason.
Excluding employee from company seminars
 and events.
Ignoring employees when they contribute at
 work intentionally
Negative effects on employees
 caused by bullying

 Employees under constant stress
 Tendency to be tardy or absent at work.
 Bullying affects productivity.
 Continuous worrying and depression caused by stress.

 High blood pressure that may cause a heart attack
 Digestive upsets
 Lack of sleep
