has shown significant
progress
• Cost of acquisition is also
reduced. As a result:

different access surfaces in
Africa!

Africa is missing from the
Internet!
• There are more than twice wiki
articles about France than the
whole of Africa!
• Antarctica has more wiki
articles than any other country
in Africa!

lack local content
(indigenous knowledge)
on the Internet!
• Crowd sourced multi language
platform
• Localized into four languages

2016
Initial platform release and
Establishement

was signed.
2019
Seed funding is secured from
the crowd on kickstarter!

Fully localized instances were
launched in Amharic, English,
Tigrigna and Afan Oromo!

Hit 200K articles mark across
all localized instances!
