During this year ’s Spring Break, while many students were whiling away their days in front of the TV, some students got active with the VPD’s Police Officer’s Physical Abilities Test (POPAT) as part of the 2013 Student Challenge. The POPAT is an annual eight-day event that gives students an opportunity to experience firsthand what it is like being a police officer. 13-06-18
