  2. • To prevent your problems from taking over your life, solve them ASAP so they don’t remain inside your head. • The brain creates stress when you have unsolved problems. • The kinds of thoughts that make you stress out the most are the ones that keep you pondering for days & nights. • The longer your problems are unsolved, the higher your stress level becomes & your mental strength lowers in ability to handle tasks productively.
  3. • Whatever you’re facing, do something about it, even if a negative outcome develops. • If your plan involves other people, don’t wait until everyone agrees to start taking action. • Don’t be afraid to ask for help, as there is a good chance that others may feel the same way as you, but lack the initiative to take action first. • As you start to take action, resources & people will manifest to help you become successful. The world will find ways to help you out.
  4. • The 1st thing you want to do when a problem emerges is to write down a list of options/solutions to your problem. • Next, arrange them in order from best to good to solve your problem. • Take action right away with the 1st solution. If the 1st solution doesn’t work, then proceed onto the next one. • Don’t quit until your problem is solved. • Sometimes certain problems may take 3 or 4 tries before it’s solved, so be patient.
  5. • The 1st benefit is an increase of problem solving skills. • The more problems you overcome, the easier it is to handle difficult problems in the future because of your experiences in creative solutions. • The 2nd benefit is an increase of inner strengths, for it takes a lot of strength & courage to face problems. • By tackling problems head on, you gain more confidence at the end of your journey. The more difficult the problem, the higher your confidence level becomes.
  6. • The 3rd benefit is control over your life by confronting your situations to make them better, rather than counting on or blaming others. • Blaming others won’t solve your problems, but will make them worst. • The 4th benefit is a decrease in stress levels the moment you take action. • The brain cannot multi-task well, so developing a plan gives the brain something to focus completely on. • Your brain worries less because it knows there’s a chance that your problem will be solved since you have a plan.
