Have your ever lost someone who you love or admire,
and then you believe that in order to get that happiness
back, you have to find someone else to replace that
person?
Or have you ever think to yourself that if you cannot get
this or that, then you would not be happy?

5. True Happiness
• If you ever found yourself believing that you have to find
someone or to get this or that in order to bring you
happiness, then you are counting on external factors for
your happiness
• However, happiness can only exist within you
• You are the only person who can bring yourself
happiness
• Even though other people or things might bring you
some joy, they are not happiness

8. Do not risk your happiness
• When you rely on other people for your
happiness, you are taking the risk on your own
happiness
• Your happiness could be gone in any second
because other people could decide to walk out of
your life at any time because you do not have
control over them

9. Guarantee your happiness
• The happiness that you can always control and
have forever is the happiness that you develop
within yourself
• No one can take away your happiness when you
are the one creating it
• The only time when other people can take away
your happiness is when they give it to you

11. The happiness theory
According to the happiness theory, 75% of true
happiness is based on your strength, courage, and
confidence, and how well you treat yourself, and
25% is from external factors such as materialism
and other people
In this case, it is all about what you are doing to
bring yourself happiness

12. Create your own happiness
When you develop, build, and keep your happiness
within yourself, then it does not matter what happen or
how other people treat you, no one and nothing can take
your happiness away
In addition, when you have happiness within you, you
will have the strength and courage to move on in life
quicker when someone makes you suffer compared to
other people who do not have happiness within
themselves

14. Action Steps
• 1. write down what you want to accomplish that you are
afraid to fail. This include taking risks, challenges, or
things that are out of your comfort zone
• 2. write down how your life would be different in a
positive way if you are able to accomplish what you are
afraid of
• 3. for each one, research and develop an action plan for
it
• 4. take action right away
