In May 2013, Multitexto Corporate Communications was chosen among 21 other
communication agencies serving McDonald's and Ronald McDonald Institute in the country to
receive the award and be honored during a gala event celebrated in São Paulo, at the Teatro
São Pedro in Barra Funda, the 25th anniversary of McHappy Day campaign for the cure of
childhood cancer.

Multitexto was hired in 1999 and in 2001 by the Ministry of Health, through a partnership with
UNESCO to establish the press office in Minas Gerais, the Profae Training Program Nursing
Workers Area. The work involved the disclosure and other communication strategies in Belo
Horizonte markets and in 23 cities in the state.
Multitexto was chosen by Maxitel (current TIM) and the area of Viçosa to achieve the press
office jobs of Maxitel ArtEducAção Project, implemented in 10 cities in the interior of Minas
Gerais in 2001. The social responsibility project Maxitel benefited about 5 thousand children in
Minas Gerais, giving them access to education, through art and culture, implemented through
permanent workshops in the cities of Uberlândia, Uberaba,Viçosa, Ubá, Barbacena,Juiz de
Fora, Poços de Caldas, Passos,Varginha and Lavras.
The Association of Investment Analysts and Professionals of the Capital Market (Associação
dos Analistas e Profissionais de Investimento do Mercado de Capitais (APIMEC)
opted Multitexto Communication to perform the XV press office National Congress (Congresso
Nacional) of the organization, held in 1998 in Belo Horizonte. The event included
comprehensive coverage of the press from all the country's major media offices, including the
Southern States,Northeast and Midwest, as well as national and international news agencies.
Multitexto innovated in this work, also conducting an intense internal communications work
during the Congress, through the implementation of TV Apimec, closedcircuit
TV equipped with complete infrastructure, including studio, reporter,anchor and several
television sets installed atstrategic points of the Hotel Ouro Minas, where the event took place.
At the end of the congress, the organizers praised the work done by the team of Multitexto

conferences already held bythe entity.
The press office of the 27th National Convention of Unimed(Convenção Nacional da Unimed),
held in 1997 in Minascentro, was made by Multitexto Communication.Multitexto also

Multitexto was responsible for the 1995 and 1996 editions of Casa Cor Minas, the press office
and all the communication strategy.Casa Cor is the largest event architecture and interior
design in Latin America.
The press office for the opening event of the Leroy Merlin store in Itaú Power Shopping in
Contagem, Minas Gerais, was made by Multitexto Communication. The agency, in addition to
the press,also worked other target groups of the project, such as architects,interior designers

McDonald´s
Multitexto is responsible for corporate and regional communication of McDonald's in Minas
Gerais for 23 uninterrupted years. Established and consolidated the brand by the press and its
public in Belo Horizonte and the state,through the communication management and various
integrated activities of marketing, PR and events such as the Olympics McDonald
Ballet (Olímpíada McDonald´s de Ballet), which in the last two editions achieved international
dimension with the presence of dancers from Cuba, the United States and other countries;
development and implementation of community projects, cultural, sporting and linked to health.
The agency was also responsible for the coordination and service in the communication field to
nine franchised network in Belo Horizonte, Ipatinga, Governador Valadares,Montes Claros,
Betim and Contagem. Multitexto coordinated and traced communication strategies for all event
Inaugurations of all McDonald's stores in Belo Horizonte, Contagem, Betim, Montes Claros,
Ipatinga and Governador Valadares open to the public from November 1988 to February 2001.
ARTHUR ANDERSEN
For ten consecutive years,Multitexto responded by corporate and regional communication of
Arthur Andersen in Belo Horizonte. Among other works, it was responsible for the design and
definition of the technical issues of the seminar series formatted specifically for the specialized
press (reporters and editors of Economics and Business). The strategy created a loyalty of
relationships between managing partners of Andersen and these professionals, expanded the
market share of the company and made the directors of Andersen in permanent sources for

conception to launch and inauguration of Ponteio Home Shopping. The work involved
local and national level actions that consolidated the enterprise, making it the market
leader in its segment in Minas Gerais and recognized by major industry publications of
the national media as one of the best equipped theme malls in the country in decorative
areas and household items.
ANGLO GOLD ASHANTI
Multitexto coordinated and executed in partnership with Pólo de Promoções the whole strategy
to communicate to the market the exchange of Mineração Morro Velho(Morro Velho MIning
Company) command and introduce the new controlling shareholder of the company, the South
African giant's mining sector,Anglogold. The work involved mediatraining
activities with the
direction of Morro Velho and all the coordinating collective of internationally conference held
in mining company based in Nova Lima (MG), and the receiving, forwarding and transfer of
media professionals severalstates and countries that have come to Belo Horizonte to cover the
event.
The meeting was attended by journalists of the main local and national media, as well as
correspondents from international news agency as Bloomberg Newswire among others, as well
