Fast food is the term given that food can be
prepared and served very quickly. While any
meal with low preparation time can be
cinsiderer to be fast food, typically the term
refer to food soldin restaurant or store with
preheated or precooked ingredients, and
served to customer in a packaged ingredients,
form for take out and take away ..
Term ‘’fasu food ‘’ was recognized in a
dictionary by (Merriam- Webster in 1951)
We can Eat Healthy, and have as Much Fun eating eat as
we would with any other food.
The good thing about this kind of food is that its all
good for you, and with a litlle exercise you will have a
happy and healthy body…
Eating healthy is fun..
Healthy food will consist of several elements.There
is protien, which is the building block of muscles. You
need balanced intake of omega 3, omega 6 and
omega 9 fatty acids to have a healthy diet.
There are vegetables . You need all sorts of
vagetables, especially green vegetables that are
especially fibrous. There are also fruit, oats, rice,
pasta, and breads, important part of a healthy died.
