PROCESSO DE CERTIFICAÇÃO WIAL BRASIL
Fase I : abordamos as raízes históricas do Action Learning, os fundamentos teóricos, os seis componentes
básicos e as duas regras básicas e sua aplicabilidade. Iniciamos também a experiência em vivenciar o papel
de Action Learning Coach, ainda que de forma superficial nessa fase.
Fase II: vivência profunda do papel e responsabilidade do Action Learning Coach, competências
comportamentais e de modelo mental; abordamos com mais detalhes a aplicabilidade do Action Learning
em diferentes ambientes de negócio e mundo organizacional tanto do setor privado quanto público. Essa fase
encerra os requisitos de horas de formação para a certificação que então começa a ser elaborada a partir do
final do workshop Fase II. Por seis meses haverá uma orientação por parte da Presidente do WIAL-Brasil
para que a elaboração do Certification Paper esteja de acordo com as exigências internacionais do WIAL.
Dentro desse período é recomendado que o candidato faça diversas reuniões de Action Learning com a
supervisão do WIAL-Brasil para finalmente fazer a reunião como Action Learning Coach e elaborar seu
Certification Paper.
