Laptop Allocation
 6th grade – White laptop (6 – 12 months old - use for 1 year)
 7th grade – Silver laptop
 8th grade – Silver laptop
 9th grade – White laptop (6 – 12 months old - use for 1 year)
 10th grade – Silver laptop
 11th grade – Silver laptop
 12th grade – Silver laptop

Replacement Cycle
 6th grade – used laptop
 7th grade – New laptop (use for grades 7,8,9)
 10th grade – New laptop (use for grades 10, 11, 12)

Your obligations
 Lost 1sttime 50,000 2nd time 100%
 Stolen 30,000 with police report or 100% without
 Lost on campus 100%
 Damage 1st time 30,000 2nd time 100%
 Repair – Return to YIS = no cost On holidays Silver = no cost. White
must be returned to YIS (no warranty)
 Use during summer break
 Data and software
 100% = maximum 114,000 yen
