2. Business
 Please check the new Yosemite bulletin
board outside of room 3 for announcements
and information.
 You will receive call slips for missing the
meeting without an excused absence.
 You can be moved to the wait list if you are
not meeting the requirements like meeting
attendance or turning in forms on time.
 Changes to the active list and wait list will be
made the first week of January based on
missing forms.

3. Final Payments Due by next
Thursday, January 10, 2013
 Deliver to Mrs. Enright ONLY (Room 3)
– Not the office
– Not your science teacher
– Do not leave checks or forms for student
pickup in the office
 Can drop them off at next week’s
meeting.
 Payable to Cupertino Middle School

4. Medical Form Packet – Due 1/17
 Keep all forms together.
 Turn in for review to Mrs. Enright or
Mrs. Holtzapple.
 No prescription meds?
– Large cross on the second sheet.
 No OTC meds?
– Write no on all meds and sign.
 Yes on either form requires a doctor’s
signature.

5. Clothing
 Review the light green sheet that was
removed from your purple packet. You
will need ALL of those items.
 Holiday sales are a great time to pick up
some good deals.
 Places to shop include: Target, Old
Navy, Sports Basement, REI, Big 5,
Sports Authority, Army Surplus.

6. Yosemite Bottles
 The Yosemite bottles are available in
Room 8, Mr. Esparza’s room.
 Bring your white receipt to pick up
bottles that have been paid for
 Bring $10 in cash or check payable to
Cupertino Middle School for each bottle.
We have about 20 extra to sell.
