NTA is a public broadcasting television network. Obtained multiple promotions to progressive leadership positions
based on proven excellence in investigative journalism, reporting, and interviewing. Became the Zonal Director for eight
full-fledged stations across five states before retiring in April of 2015.
Zonal Director Southeast (2013 to 2015)
Led all operational aspects for the Southeast Zone and its eight full-fledged stations.
Instituted and led regular management meetings to improve effectiveness of management, team collaboration and
trust, and creative problem solving.
Led the turnaround of networking structures at the Network Center to lead the Southeast to become one of the best
in the country.
Brought Network Center transmission to 24/7 within three months of leadership to contribute to flawless
programming across all network news and live telecast.
Raised Network Center signals to transmit across all five states in the zone and four neighboring states outside
the zone.
Received five awards from organizations outside NTA for excellent performance.
General Manager—Abia (2011 to 2013)
Oversaw all operational aspects of this fully-fledged station and successfully increased production from one to six
