My current research work is integrated in the VVU project (Ubiquitous Virtual Seller) initiated by PICOM (the competitivity institute on Trading Industries). This project aims at ameliorating the integration of a conversational agent in commercial trading websites in order to improve their transformation ratio (sales/visitors). For this purpose, we provide a conversational agent which is able to reason and to decide in order to make offers. I propose an argumentation-based mechanism for decision making and for interacting with the user through natural language.
