What tools/software can you use to deliver a virtual classroom experience?
This will depend on your budget, the features that you will need in training, and whether there is already an
existing virtual delivery tool at your company (i.e. LiveMeeting). At the very minimum, you can use a virtual
meeting
tool to deliver virtual training, but there is usually limited functionality.
Some features to consider for virtual training include: screen share, whiteboard, private & public chat, breakout
rooms, emoticons, hand raising, activity monitoring, passing remote control, timer, polling, integrated
VOIP/teleconference, recording, etc.
