  6. 07 If you are fortunate enough to work for a company that puts a high priority on health and fitness, take advantage of everything they have to offer! In- house gym, yoga classes, fitness rewards (free money?!). If you haven’t already, do it NOW. Your small business is too small for all that? Throw an extra pair of sneakers in your filing cabinet and spend lunchtime walking on pretty days. Or ask the boss if you can hold zumba classes in the conference room on Wednesdays. (Or just do it and tell her you’re trying out a new kind of creative staff meeting!)

  12. 13 If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it. (No matter how dirty you’ve gotta get!) If you want it bad enough, you must dig for it. This might mean doing a little dirty work along the way. Success takes a lot of hard work and a lot more patience. Never take the easy way out. You will appreciate your achievement more if you have to work hard to get it! 13
  13. Remember, we all have our bad days. If you’re an empath like me, you’ll pick up on it quickly. Naturally, we want to help by giving advice or trying to fix the situation. But that’s not helpful. Next time you see a co-worker who looks like he’s feeling down, stop and ask what you can do to help, or just offer to listen. That’s all most of us really want– someone to sit by silently and listen. Dog’s can’t talk. And they’re the absolute best listeners in the world! 14 When someone is feeling down, act like a dog and say nothing. Just sit by and LISTEN.

  15. 16 Last but not least… Bring your dog to work. (Duh!)
