1. Klik ke URL : http://portal.cidos.edu.my/
2. Masukkan : Username - (Mykad) Contoh - 870812015555
Password - (Mykad) Contoh - 870812015555
3. Kemudian Klik ke simbol LMS :
Cara Add New Course :
1. Cari perkataan NAVIGATION >> COURSES dan KLIK.
2. KLIK pada JABATAN KEJURUTERAAN ELEKTRIK.
3. Sila Cari Nama Anda di dalam Platform JKE dan KLIK.

4. Sila Tekan Button ‘ADD NEW COURSE’.
5. Sila Isi butiran Kursus (1 hingga 4) seperti di bawah:

6. Setelah siap isi butiran kursus, sila KLIK Button SAVE CHANGES (untuk info, setting ini boleh
dikemaskini dari semasa ke semasa mengikut pilihan pensyarah)

Cara Set Up / Edit Course
1. Sila KLIK pada Icon berwarna Hijau.
Atau pun pada ADMINISTRATION >> TURN EDITTING ON
2. Paparan seperti dibawah akan muncul dan Pensyarah boleh Edit Platform mengikut kesesuaian.

Cara Assign Pelajar / Enrolment
Terdapat 2 cara untuk Assign pelajar :
1. Cara Manual
2. Cara Student Self-Enrolment
Cara Manual - ASSIGN USER TO COURSE
1. Click at one the course. Course page will be displayed.
2. Refer to “Administration” block, click on “Users” > “Enrolled users”. List of enrolled users
will be displayed.
3. Click on “Enrol users” button. Page to enroll users will be displayed.
4. Select “Assign roles”, then click on “Enrol” button next to each user, thn click on “Finish
enrolling users”.
You must assign lecturer using this features.
You may also assign student using this features, or allow student to do self-enrolment. The
following topic will shows on how to manage student self-enrolment.
Cara STUDENT SELF-ENROLMENT
1. Click at one the course. Course page will be displayed.
2. Refer to “Administration” block, click on “Users” > “Enrolled methods”. List of enrolment
methods will be displayed.
3. Refer to “Self enrolment (student)”, click on to enable self-enrolment.
4. Click on to edit self-enrolment settings.
5. Lecturer may set:
I. “Enrolment key” = to enables access to the course to be restricted to only those who
know the key.
II. Enrolment duration = Length of time that the enrolment is valid.
III. Start date = if enabled, users can enrol themselves from this date onward only.
IV. End date = If enabled, users can enrol themselves until this date only.
V. Max enrolled users = maximum number of users that can self enrol. 0 means no limit.

CARA DELETE PLATFORM / KURSUS
1. Klik pada MY COURSES dan PILIH KURSUS yang ingin DELETE.
2. KLIK pada Nama Anda.
3. Paparan ini akan keluar.
4. Gerakkan Cursor/Mouse ke bawah page sehingga jumpa
ADMINISTRATION >> MANAGE THIS CATEGORY kemudian KLIK.

5. Klik pada tanda X untuk DELETE Kursus Berkenaan.
6. Paparan ini akan keluar dan KLIK Button CONTINUE.
