Our intention during this consultation period has
been to analyze your current print fleet, identify cost
saving, inefficient process’s and pain point within
your business.
Then to provide a secure,
reliable and cost effective
solution which will future-proof

concentrate on running Zack
Enterprises.

4. What we did
During a 2 month period we worked with Mr. Tan and
Zack enterprises to analyze the use of your fleet of
equipment in your Singapore head office. During this
period we collected device usage, end user experience
and technical issues experienced not only during this time
frame but also over a greater timeframe.
Using this data we have been able to identify area’s of
potential financial waste, possible security issues and end
user dissatisfaction.
