Choosing the right KPI is
dependent on knowing what is
important to the organization.
Typical KPI’s

•Total brand mentions.
•Net new followers, fans,
 subscribers.
•Net number of transactions,
 downloads, sign-ups, etc.

• Is what we are doing having an

• How is it affecting customer

• What can we do to improve?
