1. KPIs&Goals for MUTTII Group
KPI: Average customer satisfaction score (based on surveys or
feedback we should do on platforms ).
Goal: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of at least 90%.
KPI: On-time project delivery rate.
Goal: Achieve an on-time project delivery rate of 95% or higher.
KPI: Weekly revenue generated.
Goal: Achieve a weekly revenue target of $X (until we know prices of
KPI: Lead conversion rate.(LCR).
Goal: Increase the lead conversion rate by 10% compared to the
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:
KPI: SLA compliance rate.
Goal: Maintain an SLA compliance rate of 98% or higher for all
KPI: Average billable hours per employee.(we have 7 employees, 3 of
them work 4 hr/day)
Goal: Achieve an average of 3 billable hours per employee .
2. Cybersecurity Incident Response:
KPI: Mean time to detect and resolve cybersecurity incidents.
Goal: Decrease the mean time to detect and resolve incidents
by 15% compared to the previous week.
KPI: Number of new clients acquired.
Goal: Acquire at least 2 new clients during the week .
