INTERVIEW PROCESS Layout -> Avoid use of Tables -> Highlight Job Titles and Organization Names -> Make the resume easy to read, as much as possible Content -> Provide enough detail about each role to help the recruiter get a good sense of your skills. Too little or too much detail are both counter productive. -> List all the tools and processes by name in a Tech summary section -> Any tool or process that is listed in the tech summary section should have "demonstrated usage" in the employment section.
INTERVIEW PROCESS Grammar -> No Spelling Mistakes! -> Use the correct tense. For e.g.  A. Writing "Managed on-going projects......." in your current role B. Writing "Conduct process workshops......." in your current role C. Writing "Managing on-going projects......" in a previous role -> Avoid the use of references to self when beginning sentences.  e.g. I was responsible for requirements and project management -> Responsible for requirements and project management -> Use Action keywords as much as possible (see list) Flow -> Balance between chronology and relevance -> Career progression should "make sense"
