Established in 2006, The AAPC Education
Foundation is a non-profit organization that
promotes free speech and free elections, and
encourages these ideologies to those involved in
America’s voting process. Through educational
and research projects, the Foundation enhances
these philosophies and encourages individuals
into pursuing a career in politics and political
consulting. Additionally, the scholarships that
Foundation offers assist those interested in
achieving this goal.

Scholarship after Alan Locke, founder of Winning
Campaigns and a longtime supporter of the
AAPC, the scholarship rewards students who
have demonstrated political management and
organizational skills and have participated in
some area of politics, such as grassroots
campaigning for a political candidate. The money
that contributes to the AAPC Foundation Alan
Locke Scholarship comes from donations and
fundraisers, including an online silent auction.
