safety program experience
 9 million dollars of available federal funding
during federal year FY2012

 Federal Funding: 1) National Highway Traffic
Safety Administration (NHTSA); 2) US Dept. of
Justice (USDOJ-OJJDP); and 3) Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA) HSIP funding

4.  Mission – To reduce the state’s traffic
crashes, fatalities, and injuries on the roads
through leadership, innovation, facilitation
and program support in partnership with
other public and private organizations.

crashes, injuries, and fatalities.
 It is worth noting that the Nebraska office is
the most experienced state highway safety
office staff in the nation.
