Theory Z
Abraham Maslow Believes that good qualities
are inherent in people, at least at birth; although
later on they are gradually lost.

The Hygiene theory is the minimum that every employee
requires for not being dissatisfied. Without the above, the
employee will get dissatisfied.

Motivation: Techniques
The team helps the employees to rise to the level of
the other members under the careful eye of the
management. Nevertheless, it is very important to
have a systematic approach to build and develop
individuals.
7. TEAMWORK
Why Teams?
Every organization start with one person or few people,
one of them being the entrepreneur or the promoter.
Teams are formed to fulfill the objectives. It is part of
the regular organizational structure of the organization.
The team coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day
activities of the team.
It may be called a manager, supervisor, team leader,
head, team coordinate, etc.
Is is responsible for the output of his team while each
member of the team is responsible for the work assigned.
8. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Communications is a Three Way Process
• To one, employee is working for-
supervisors/manager.
• To the persons working for him-
subordinate/junior employee
• To the persons one works with, the peers,
counterparts, customers and supplier (both
internal and external).
