1. Mahindra finance was incorporated on January 1 1991 as Maxi Motors
   Financial Services Limited and received

2. Certificate of commencement of Business on Feb 19, 1991.

3. The name was changed to Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited
    on Nov 3, 1992

4. Registered with the RBI as an Non Banking Financial Corporation with the
   effect from 4th Sep 1998

  • 18. Suggestions Given  The use of technology in IT needs to be more advanced for such an organization to work to best to its capacity.  The HR department which is in expansion mode needs to be expanded to help and formulate better initiatives for the employees and the company 18
