Opening meeting and Evening Celebration
featuring Mike Pilavachi and Martin Saunders
(Editor, YouthWork magazine), with worship led
by Mark Nightingale (Exeter Network Church).
A large choice of workshops during the day,
covering a wide range of topics of interest
to volunteers working with children and/
or teenagers, as well as full-time workers in
schools and churches.
Exhibition area and on-site bookshop - come
and browse the latest resources for youth and
children’s leaders and meet staff from a wide
range of organisations working in the south
west of England.
Creative Prayer zone for quiet reflection.
Information
The Conference is suitable for anyone aged 16
or over who works with any age group from 8
upwards.
The cost is £15 per person for an all-day
ticket if booked in advance, or £25 if bought
on the day. The ticket price includes light
refreshments throughout the day, but lunch
and dinner are not included.
An optional two-course evening buffet is
available for just £5, but only if booked and
paid for in advance.
Workshop choices, venue location and parking
details will be sent nearer the time.

South West Conference and will only be used for the purpose of administering the event.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be provided free
throughout the day, but you will need to
bring a packed lunch.
We will be providing a two-course
buffet in the evening which costs
£5.00, payable in advance when
booking, or there are a variety of
takeaway outlets nearby.
The fee for attending the Conference for the whole day is £15.00 if booked and paid for in advance and
£25.00 on the door. The fee covers entry to the workshop streams, exhibition hall and evening celebration,
together with refreshments throughout the day. Lunch and dinner are not included but a two-course evening
buffet is available for £5.00 to those booking and paying in advance.

Main Speaker
Mike Pilavachi is the co-founder
and leader of the Soul Survivor charity
as well as Pastor of the Soul Survivor
church in Watford. He has also written
books on social justice, helped run Soul
in the City and the Hope 08 projects,
and is well respected all over the world
as a gifted and inspiring speaker.
