Our challenge:
It´s not
problems, worries or
difficulties that keep
us lying awake
thinking about them
in the middle of the
night.

Our big CHALLENGE is get our sleep in
situations of ANTICIPATED joy
We went on brainstorming...
Avoiding any of these

1.   Take a sleeping pill
2.   Have a glass of milk

4.   Have a warm bath
