This document provides personality profiles for four types: Friend, Analyst, Controller, and Entertainer. It lists what each type likes and dislikes, and provides dos and don'ts for interacting with each type. The Friend enjoys caring for people and social activities, while disliking aggression. The Analyst likes facts and details and dislikes quick decisions. The Controller prefers fast-paced conversations while disliking lack of integrity. The Entertainer seeks attention and recognition and dislikes losing the spotlight.
