  1. 1. USE 1 : REPEATED ACTIONS (PRESENT) [VERB] + s/es in third person The action can be a habit, a hobby, a daily event, a scheduled event or something that often happens interrogative and negative auxiliary (do)

  12. 12.  have” / ”has” + Past Participle of the verb  It is used in the following three ways:  To speak about a past event which happened over a period of time and until now ended  EXAMPLE: I have watched three seasons of this TV show.
  13. 13.  To talk about an event from the past that has an effect in the present. EXAMPLE: I have paid the rent To talk about a situation that began in a specific time in the past and continues until now. EXAMPLE: I have studied english for five years.

Subject + HAD + BEEN + Verb (continuous form) he, she, a dog, etc. walking, going, taking, etc. The Past Perfect Continuous is used to talk about actions or situations that were in progress before some other actions or situations. FORM: • QUESTIONS NEGATIVE SENTENCES HAD + Subject + BEEN + Verb (continuous form) he, she, a dog, etc. walking, going, taking, etc. Subject + HAD + NOT + BEEN + Verb (continuous form) e.g. he, she, a dog, etc. e.g. walking, going, taking, etc.
  20. 20. Example: 1.-I had been running for an hour before I twisted my ankle. 2.-For how many hours had fred been painting the house when the ladder fell? 3.-If I hadn't been studying all night, I would have problems with this test now.
  21. 21.  The auxiliary Shall only used for the first person singular and plural . While the assistant will be used in all cases SUJETO + will/shall + VERBO • The denial of the future is done simply by adding the adverb will not between the auxiliary and the verb SUJETO + will + not + VERBO The interrogation It is formed by inverting the verb and the subject will + SUJETO + VERBO?

  23. 23.  future continuous is used to actions to be undertaken in the future and have a certain duration  Construction of continuous future is SUJETO + will be + VERB TERMINATIÓN-ing For denial the adverb "not" after the auxiliary verb "will" is added SUJETO + will not be + gerundio del verbo  the question is constructed by reversing the order of subject and auxiliary verb "will" :  will SUJETO + be + gerundio

  25. 25.  The Future is used in English to express an event that will be completed in the future Conjugation:  SUJETO + will/shall have + PARTICIPIO DEL VERBO  Denial is formed by adding the adverb will not between the auxiliary and the verb  SUJETO + will/shall not have + PARTICIPIO DEL VERBO  The question is constructed by reversing the auxiliary verb and the subject  will/shall + SUJETO + have + PARTICIPIO DEL VERBO?

  27. 27.  Structure future perfect continuos  As we have already told in the simple future , the auxiliary Shall only used for the first person singular and plural .  SUJETO] + will/shall have been + GERUNDIO DEL VERBO (- ing form)  Denial is easily formed by adding the adverb will not between the auxiliary and the verb  [SUJETO] + will/shall not have been + [GERUNDIO DEL VERBO (-ing form)]  The mark is formed by simply reversing the auxiliary verb and the subject  will/shall + [SUJETO] + have been [GERUNDIO DEL VERBO]?
