Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
 Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else
internal reference, head hunting and local placement agencies.
 Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
 Preparing Job Description & Advertising vacancies in job portal.
 Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
 Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining
Formalities and documentation.
 Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter,
increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice,
experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
 Conducting weekly meeting among employees and reviewing sales..
2. Training & Development
 Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training

 Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
 Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.
 Tie up with colleges and conducting seminar.
 Fixing campus recruitment and tie-up with Training & placement department for
industrial training program.
 Counseling the students.
3. Payroll Process
 Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
 Processing monthly attendance and leave for workers, trainees & officers.
 Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across
the organization at all levels.
 Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
 Prepare reimbursement working ie LTA and Medical eligibility for the year and make
payment as per eligibility.
Preparing reports for payment of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident
fund, ESIC etc.
Prepare Manually tax register as well as systematic for cross check of TDS calculation
for current month.
 Processing of Full & Final settlement of resigned employee
 Taking care of Sales Report and preparing Incentive according to sale and company’s
policies.
