Ekaterina Mamyko is one of the leading startup specialist attorneys in Ukraine. She advises venture capital funds and venture capital-backed startups throughout Central and Eastern Europe on structuring cross-border investments and business transactions. Prior to starting her independent practice, she was the General Counsel for the Happy Farm Accelerator where she led over 40 companies’ legal formation in US and various offshore jurisdictions, advised on all IP matters and US tax planning. While in University, Ms. Mamyko worked in the legal team of the largest Ukrainian dairy producer and served as District Attorney and Regional Court clerk. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with LL.B. and LL.M
