2011 graduated from IIN school; I went for it! I was armed ready and
couldn’t wait to change the world.
Clients: really well for 4 weeks then start to struggle. Something was
missing and it was more than emotional eating issues. It was also body
image, mean girl self-talk. So I began researching and I found The Institute
for the Psychology of Eating. I signed up for the teletraining and fell so in
love, I decided to continue to get my Eating Psychology Coach
Certification.
Once I began using the secret ingredients with my clients and with myself;
their weight left but that became secondary to how they felt. Stress and
fatigue no longer ruled their life. They never felt deprived and they
rediscovered their passion for life.

Yet, when we try to duplicate it; I get overwhelmed just trying to do it all and make it all fit within my focus time of 30 minutes.So I usually just start by cooking the main course and will use my old standbys to accompany the dinner.
