CV Mahmoud Farag Page 3  Conduct safety inspections on site and report deviations to management.  Ensure all employees are inducted prior to be permitted to work on site  Compile a site safety file for the client and ensure all legislative documentation is communicated to employees on an on-going basis.  Ensure no sub-contractor is permitted to work on site without being in possession of a safety file.  HSE officers must immediately report any incident accident to HSE top management.  Compile monthly statistics and injury reports kilometre driven to HSE head office.  Share safety flashes, monthly safety meetings, company campaign with safety reps and contractors and prepare minutes of meetings, ensure that all deviations mentioned in the meeting are rectified and corrected.  Conduct regular fire prevention and site facilities inspections with findings documented and reported to management.  Ensure that all registers and checklists are updated on a weekly and monthly basis.  Ensure all safety signs and notices are prominently displayed on site.  Coordinate all HSE training of employees on site and schedule all courses with the safety department.  Maintain good waste segregation principles.  Ensure that any person who is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or intoxicating substances is tested and the appropriate disciplinary action is taken against the employee if necessary.  Conduct TBT prior start any site activity.  Safety officer is not responsible for rectifying non-conformances. It's site manager or site supervisor responsibility to rectify it.  Safety officer is not a driver, not allowed to drive / pick-up any employees from or to sites.  Safety officer will do no office work except his own safety documentation.  Safety officer is not a supervisor and will not be sent to go supervise a job. If a safety officer find employees working without a supervisor he will stop the job immediately.  Safety officer do not lease with the client or management behalf except if it is a safety issue.  Safety induction for all visitors and new employee on board.  Reports any unsafe act/condition or near miss.  Advice all personnel for safe working procedures.  Any delayed materials which are essential to run operation safely to be reported immediately and emailed to HSE Department Manager to take the necessary action.  Inspect all firefighting equipment’s on weekly basis and report the findings (Safety officer to choose 2 employee preferable from the firefighting team to maintain all firefighting equipment) safety officer role to inspect and report the findings.  All permit to work system (PTW) be implemented, signed by safety officer / site supervisor before executing any job.  Following up all on loading and offloading issues for trucks and review all logbook (only inspection and report the findings).  Monitor and review hygiene procedures and report the findings.  Prepare all JSA related to job performed by all employees to ensure safe working place.
