 Furnish all equipment items required in a standard patient room for
inclusion in a mock-up room
 receive the medical equipment delivery which listed in the contract (
including technical documentation)
 Arrange for unloading, distribution, installation, testing and
commissioning of the equipment at the site. Equipment distribution
shall be in accordance with the room equipment list
 Arrange for user and service training for the staff in the operation
and maintenance of the equipment
 Coordination with other MEP services as per approved coordination
drawing prior to start the activities at site.

 Coordinating with civil contractor for builders work opening marking
during the construction
 Inspection and confirmation of site areas to ensure the availability
of the medical equipment requirements for the installation
 Inspection of the hospital access to receive the medical equipment
delivery
 Checking & receiving of materials at site and report to superior if any
discrepancies
 Make a site survey report with all suggestions to solve any problem
before installation
 Implementing safety standards by regularly inspecting the site and
ensure that all manpower wear safety kits & highlighting safety
hazards
