This scope of work document outlines the extensive renovations completed on a duplex property in Memphis, TN, including demolishing and cleaning, upgrades to the exterior, interior, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, windows, flooring, and landscaping. Multiple contractors were hired to complete work such as refinishing hardwood floors, installing new vinyl siding, kitchen cabinets and countertops, central air systems, plumbing, and more. The project aimed to upgrade both units that were built in 1951 into desirable rental properties.
24. Paint trim, walls and ceilings in all rooms. Interior Paint – Farrell Calhoun, color: Season Finale, # 0267. Trim - Farrell Calhoun Semi-Gloss Acrylic. Color - Brilliant White.
51. Replaced existing counter tops in each kitchen with new 8’ laminate VT Industries Tempo Mystique Dawn countertops.
52. Replaced existing kitchen sinks with new Elkay Neptune 7.5” deep double bowl sinks with single lever chrome faucets. Each sink is 33”x22” stainless steel.
53. Painted existing cabinets and replaced all knobs and handles with new Gatehouse porcelain white knobs and handles.
62. Tore out existing tile in shower and installed new concrete backer board in 3948 bathroom.
63. Laid new glazed porcelain 12”x12” tile in shower and bathroom floor on 3948 bathroom. Shower tile run to the ceiling. Manufacturer – Marazzi, Series – Aida, Color – Beige/Grey.
101. Installed Owens Corning Kraft Faced R-13 insulation in exterior walls of three bedrooms where sheet rock was torn out as well as the common wall between the two sides of the duplex.
