Alliance In Motion Global is engaged in Network Marketing.
For the past 7 years, the company has already transformed
lives of hundreds of distributors throughout the globe.

In the traditional way of distribution of
goods, consumers normally cannot buy
directly from the factory or manufacturer.

Alliance In Motion Global, the products
are being moved from the factory or
manufacturer to the consumer through a
single entity only known as
DISTRIBUTOR. The distributor buys
products directly from the factory or
manufacturer (at wholesale prices) and
now sells the products directly to the
consumers (at retail prices), since
consumers cannot buy directly from the
factory or manufacturer .
Hence, the profits that was generated by the
entities in the traditional way of distribution
(from wholesaler to retailer, as shown earlier)
will just be redirected to the distributor’s
profit, that is why a distributor in Network
Marketing makes a lot of profit. It is also by
this reason that AIM Global does not use
endorsers or media for advertisement.
Unlike in the traditional way of
distribution, consumers have the chance to
earn what the distributor is earning in
Network Marketing. They just need to
become distributor themselves. (It will be
shown later how to become a distributor).

OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Alliance In Motion Global, the distributor
has 2 options to generate profit. When you
becomes a distributor of AIM Global, you
can do both options.
First, you can earn by RETAILING. By
simply sharing the benefits and beauty of
the products to your friends, family
members, colleagues, acquaintances, etc,
you are creating a solid customer base.
(Tip: To be an effective seller of AIM
Global’s products, you must be a user first
of AIM Global’s product and be a “product
of your own product”).
AIM Global entitles you to a retail profit
everytime they buy products from you (at
suggested retail price).
However, though retailing is a nice way to
gain profits (since retail profit of each
product ranges from 25-50% of the
suggested retail price), your income is
limited since you must always be able to
sell for you to earn because once the sale
stops, the income stops.

The second option to earn is through SPONSORING.
This simply means you encourage your friends, family
members, colleagues, acquaintances, customers, etc. to
become distributors themselves so that they too, can
enjoy the privileges you are enjoying (direct buying at
wholesale prices, retail profits, etc.).
Your newly-sponsored distributors (called downlines) now
also have 2 options to generate profit. They can sell

I. RETAILING
AIM Global entitles you to a 25-50%
outright retail profits on all the products

A. BINARY
You will be given a left and right sales group
per account into which you will place your
newly-sponsored distributors, either you place
them on your left or right leg.

distributor), AIM Global will automatically pay you

There is no limit with regards to the number of
persons you want to sponsor. However, if you
sponsor more than 2 persons under 1
24 YTL
account, you will place them under your
downlines, either on your left or right leg.
If one of your uplines (anybody above your
network) sponsors new prospects and placed
them under either your left or right leg, you
will not get a referral bonus since it is your
upline who sponsors the new prospects.
These are referred to as spill-over downlines.
Prospects sponsored by your direct downlines
are called indirect referrals, or indirect
downlines.

All AIM Global products have corresponding points. Under the Binary Plan, it is
referred as BINARY POINTS. One (1) Global Package is equivalent to 1,200 BINARY
POINTS. For every 1,200 Binary Points credited on the left sales group and 1,200
Binary Points credited on the right sales group, AIM Global’s computer system
(realtime) automatically detects it as a MATCH. For every match detected, AIM Global
will pay you additional 70 YTL per match, to be automatically reflected into your DTC.

Matching of Binary Points occur in three scenarios.

a. Distributor to Distributor (GP to GP)
In this scenario, a new distributor (who bought a Global Package) was
sponsored under your left sales group and new distributor (who also
bought a Global Package) was sponsored under your right sales
group, hence a MATCH.
Everytime a new distributor is being sponsored either by you, your
downlines, or your uplines and placed either under your left or right leg
regardless of placement position and structure, as long as AIM Global’s
computer system detects that there is a match, you will be given
additional 70 YTL per match until infinity. (Of course, your downlines will
also get 70 YTL Match Sales Bonus everytime there is a match detected
under his left and right sales group).

SAFETY NET
A maximum of 8 matches per account will be paid by the company from

All of the BinaryPoints accumulated from product reorder by your right
sales group will be added; and if the total accumulation already reached
1,200 Binary Points at no time frame, it will match automatically with the
unmatched distributor/GP on your left leg. AIM Global will automatically
pay you 70 YTL for the match made.
If your right sales group still continues to sell and accumulates 1,200
Binary Points again, it will match automatically with the remaining

In this scenario, your left and right sales group both pay attention to
selling and using the products personally, so both group accumulated a
total of 1,200 Binary Points.
The accumulated 1,200 Binary Points of your left and right sales group will
automatically match, and AIM Global will automatically pay you 70 YTL.
The continuous patronage of the products by your network and their
customers will ensure you a healthy product reorders and repeated
residual income.

Uni-level Plan is a long-term source of residual
income in which it is still possible to gain
commissions even if only one sales group
exists under you (e.g. you haven’t sponsored
anyone into your other sales group) and are
actively sponsoring, retailing, and personally
using the products.
You will be given a 10% commission from
your Direct Referral’s Personal Sales Volume
on reorders, and a 5% commission from your
Indirect Referral’s Personal Sale Volume on
Reorders from 1st LEVEL up to the 10th
LEVEL (or the earning levels).
SPECIAL FEATURE
Dynamic Compression ensures that qualified
distributors will earn bonuses on all 10 levels
without breakage to the company and
encumbrance due to inactive or nonperforming distributors within the earning

Stair Step Plan is a another long-term source of residual income in which you will be given commissions based on
your title/rank. Under the Stair Step Plan, product reorders have corresponding points, referred to as
POSITIONAL POINTS , which are being used to promote a distributor to the next title/rank.
The moment you were sponsored in AIM Global, your entry title/rank will be DISTRIBUTOR; then you can be
promoted as SILVER EXECUTIVE (with a 10% rebate), followed by GOLD EXECUTIVE (with a 20% rebate), and the
highest title/rank is GLOBAL AMBASSADOR (with a 30% rebate).
To be promoted, certain mechanics and features are employed under the Stair Step Plan.
1.) GROUP SALES ACCUMULATION
Your personal and group positional points from product reorders
will be accumulated (positional points from spill-over downlines

0% REBATE EXECUTIVE
When you accumulate 10 personal and group positional
points (GPS), you will be promoted as a SIVER EXECUTIVE;
10 GPS
When you accumulate 90 more points, you will be promoted DISTRIBUTOR
as GOLD EXECUTIVE (100 total accumulated GPS);
And when you accumulate 900 more points, you will be
promoted as a GLOBAL AMBASSADOR (1000 total
accumulated GPS).
That is why when your downline somewhere under your
network becomes a Global Ambassador, you automatically
becomes a Global Ambassador (provided, he/she is not a
spill-over downline under you).
2.) NO TIME FRAME
Points accumulation for the next title/rank does not require a
certain period of time.
3.) NO DEMOTION
Your current rank will not be affected even though your group sales
declined. Once you attained a rank, you will never be demoted to
lower ranks. And your chance to be promoted to the next rank still
hold on.

AMBASSADOR), the overriding commission mechanics will no
longer be applicable. Instead, you will be given 2% commission of
the latter’s personal and group sales, from 1 st level until infinity.
From your 2nd to 5th Generation Global Ambassador, you will still be
given a 2% commission from their respective personal and group
sales volume, from 1st level until infinity.
TIP: To be promoted quickly and reap the promising residual
