People use many strategies to be successful but only neglected at the same time to be happy in life. With so much to many and all that could mean a good life... Success, to many, may mean a good job, a profitable business, a big house, fancy car, expensive clothes, a great body, great wealth, world travel, popularity and many other material things in the world supply. Most times, if we have everything we want in life, we tend to be happier. But sometimes, in our quest to make more money, or get the abundance, we often put more emphasis on ourselves and forget our happiness. We continue to pursue the things we think will make us successful and we forget to pause for a while and enjoy the success we have achieved - even the little that can be. In fact, success and happiness can join. If successful, you can feel happy, but sometimes, we think success differently. We compare ourselves with others and feel that we are still not successful until they get to achieve what others have. Keep in mind that success can mean different things to different people. If you keep chasing things in life without ever stopping to appreciate what you have, you can end the feeling of emptiness and frustration. Try to pause and learn to appreciate life. If you find that you are not having thoughts that are patient, compassionate and supportive to yourself, then the next step is to clear the mind. Getting rid of a habit of negative thinking is easier than you think. After all, you have total control over the process. One of the easiest ways to begin eliminating negative thoughts is to identify them. Then stop halfway and turn them into positive thoughts. For example: "I'll never get me to increase" "This company hates me." This thought leads to two negative thoughts.   10. “Mind Without Borders” Chapter 3 Happiness, Your Success - 5 Tips If you look at happiness from the philosophical point of view we will see that happiness is to enjoy the things you like and avoid anything unwanted. So I used this philosophy to highlight five key areas, through which then can analyze problem areas in your life. Soon you will be on your way to happiness and personal growth. So, here are my five tips: Tip 1: Enjoy something you like! This may sound simple but it is not. We probably all feel that we like many things in general. But have you ever stopped to think for a moment, what are all these tastes and make a list of all those who cannot enjoy. Why is this? You may not enjoy many of them, because they feel frightened, prejudiced or even fear. So from this it becomes clear they cannot enjoy everything they love.
