 EWPs have been asked to step up (scope and scale) for
COVID.
 Effectiveness has been less than satisfactory.
Mechanisms to scale and personalise EWP are limited or
immature.
 Leverage tech optimally blended with human
interventions to provide scalability and personalisation
of EWP. Over-reliance on technology or poor design will
almost certainly backfire.
 Employee Wellness needs to take a strategic and
adaptable approach to spend the time and money
allocated.

Mechanisms to scale and personalise EWP are limited or immature.  Leverage tech optimally blended with human interventions to provide scalability and personalisation of EWP. Over-reliance on technology or poor design will almost certainly backfire.  Employee Wellness needs to take a strategic and adaptable approach to spend the time and money allocated.  Use EX approach to identify the real Employee Wellness needs. 12
