9. Question 1: Question one made me discover that my target audience prefer a more detailed magazine that is only released
monthly. This will take my production company more time as we will add more images, interesting articles and detailed
interviews with bands and popular artists. On the basics of this I will make sure my article
Question 2: Question two made me realise that the best price for my magazine would be £4; this is a reasonable amount for
my magazine because it will only be released monthly so it will be produced at a higher standard if it was a magazine that
was published weekly.
Question 3: Question three highlighted that my target audience aged between 16-25, this is a good range because my
magazine will be open for more people.
Question 4: From this question I found out that most of my target audience would like to read about festival and gigs.
However they’re also interested in hearing about albums and songs that are soon being released.
Question 5: Half of my target audience said that they would subscribe monthly and the other half wouldn’t. So I will include
a subscription. Because it will give my audience a choice of what to do.
Question 6: My target audience would prefer more text then images. This highlights that my magazine is aimed at a older
generation and that it will have to be more writing based.
Question 7: I asked my target audience what there favourite social networking site was, the most popular one was Twitter.
This means I will create a Twitter account for my magazine to talk about music and my magazine.
Question 8: My target audience enjoy the rock/indie genres of music. This helps me a lot so now I no what genre to create
my magazine. That will sell and do well.
