1. Observe any move up to 10 NM‘s, 24/7
2. Detect any suspicious approach instantly within 5 NM‘s night & days
3. Identify the threat, using high-end technology equipment
4. Warn the pirates that they have been spotted (flare flashes, etc.)
5. Deter the assault by convincing pirates that any raid attempt will fail (intensive
