- 8. Ask what happens when . . . ▣ Content is shorter or longer? ▣ Data or content is missing? ▣ The data or workflow can’t support the feature, widget, or interaction? ▣ Sh!t goes wrong?
- 9. Expand your scope of empathy and collaboration. Focus equally on designing for your users and your system. Let’s avoid this.
