11. Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the “sip it” contest incentive , a minimum of 5 SIP/STPs are required to be procured by the distributor
during the contest period.
Contest is only by invitation from Religare AMC team and applicable only for select empanelled distributors.
Prizes shall be delivered subject to clearance of first 3 subsequent SIP/STP installments.
Contest is applicable only for Monthly SIP/STP registered during the contest period with first installment on or before
last working day of March 2011.
Option I shall be considered as the default option chosen by the distributor if not intimated otherwise.
Equivalent amount of SIP/STP prize shall be recovered in full from future brokerage payable in the event of
discontinuation / regular redemptions & transfers/ default of installments/ change in broker code including that to direct
or any suspicious alterations with the SIP/STP.
Multiple SIPs/STPs from the same investor shall not be considered for calculation of incentive.
SIPs/STPs procured under the distributors' ARN registered with the AMC shall only be considered for the contest.
Prizes shown in the catalogue are for illustrative purpose only and the actual prizes would be in the form of Gift
Vouchers/ Travel Vouchers.
Taxes, registration & insurance applicable if any has to be borne by the prize winner.
The AMC reserves the right to amend/withdraw the contest without assigning any reasons.
