 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craft
people and operatives.
 Preparing BOQ and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended
project.
 Reviewing of Drawings and BOQ as per contract Drawings & Specification.
 Ensuring all Long Lead Equipments &Consumable material performance are as per
specifications and LEED Complied..
 Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, safety engineers, supervisors, planners,
quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
 Liaising with clients and main contractor engineers, including attending Periodic
technical and progress meetings.
 Day-to-day material management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet
agreed deadlines.
 Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
 Preparing daily, weekly reports as per the look ahead Programs.
 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that arises.
 Promotion of technical skills in manpower through periodic training sessions as per site
