Using the electric apparatus to execute a series of tests with non destructive carriers immersed in sensitive solvable materials that will result into nuclear transmutations with simultaneous appearance of thermal energy exceeding the provided electric energy by the electric apparatus. The overall apparatus materials and procedures combined will form the GEOLENT TECHNOLOGY that can be used as an alternative tool in order to confront the urgent problem of clean energy generation and the climate change problem.

Project Loon is a research and development project being developed by Google X with the mission of providing Internet access to rural and remote areas. The project uses high-altitude balloons placed in the stratosphere at an altitude of about 18 km (11 mi) to create an aerial wireless network with up to 4G-LTE speeds.[1][2][3][4] It was named Project Loon, since Google itself found the very idea of providing internet access to the remaining 5 billion population unprecedented and "crazy."[1] The balloons are maneuvered by adjusting their altitude in the stratosphere to float to a wind layer after identifying the wind layer with the desired speed and direction using wind data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Users of the service connect to the balloon network using a special Internet antenna attached to their building. The signal travels through the balloon network from balloon to balloon, then to a ground-based station connected to an Internet service provider (ISP), then onto the global Internet. The system aims to bring Internet access to remote and rural areas poorly served by existing provisions, and to improve communication during natural disasters to affected regions.[5][6] Key people involved in the project include Rich DeVaul, chief technical architect, who is also an expert on wearable technology; Mike Cassidy, a project leader; and Cyrus Behroozi, a networking and telecommunication lead.

Is Internet currently available for every one? It seems that two third of the world’s population doesn’t have the internet yet. How can we get the internet access to most of them? It’s a big challenge and need a great innovative idea. Hence Project Loon from Google. Project Loon is one of the latest side projects from Google X labs aimed at solving the internet connectivity gaps around the world. With project loon Google is trying to provide broadband for two-thirds of the word’s seven billion people that live in rural and remote areas and don’t have internet access. Project Loon is a network of balloons traveling on the edge of space, designed to connect people in rural and remote areas, help fill coverage gaps, and bring people back online after disasters. "Project Loon," a Google X project. Google X is Google's research and development wing which is developing Google Glass, self-driving cars and now, "internet from balloons 20 kilometers up,”. The key people involved in this project are is Rich de Vaul(the chief technical architect), Mike Cassidy(Project Leader), Cyrus Behroozi(a networking and telecommunication lead). Project Loon uses high altitude balloons, similar to weather balloons, which float 20 kilometers in the sky -- twice as high as planes fly. The key to making it work is the balloons can be pushed back and forth by raising and lowering them into relatively predictable high-altitude wind currents, while one balloon can be replaced by another when moved by the wind.

A space craft is a special kind of vehicle equipped with a lot of equipment that make it functional in space . “Every space craft has to have some essential system some of those systems are the Spacecraft structures , Electrical power systems Attitude control systems ,Command and data handling systems ,Thermal control systems ,Propulsion systems .Those system should be fit together in able to work as one unit so the space craft can do the job it asked to do .. Space craft have a big , unique structure that includes a lot of parts and pieces for example some space crafts have parts that can be divided in two groups : the primary and secondary . the primary ones are mainly used to transmit loads and the secondary are independent but must support the primary parts . we can say that those parts should have some features like low power consumption , adapt easily to the pressure and other space element so the space craft can hold up to do it object precisely and with ease and away from problems. “.( http://www.au.af.mil ,). ENGINEERING ETHICS The Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster Department of Philosophy and Department of Mechanical Engineering Texas A&M University NSF Grant Number DIR-9012252 Instructor's Guide Introduction To The Case On January 28, 1986, seven astronauts were killed when the space shuttle they were piloting, the Challenger, exploded just over a minute into the flight. The failure of the solid rocket booster O-rings to seat properly allowed hot combustion gases to leak from the side of the booster and burn through the external fuel tank. The failure of the O-ring was attributed to several factors, including faulty design of the solid rocket boosters, insufficient low- temperature testing of the O-ring material and the joints that the O-ring sealed, and lack of proper communication between different levels of NASA management. Instructor Guidelines Prior to class discussion, ask the students to read the student handout outside of class. In class the details of the case can be reviewed with the aide of the overheads. Reserve about half of the class period for an open discussion of the issues. The issues covered in the student handout include the importance of an engineer's responsibility to public welfare, the need for this responsibility to hold precedence over any other responsibilities the engineer might have and the responsibilities of a manager/engineer. A final point is the fact that no matter how far removed from the public an engineer may think she is, all of her actions have potential impact. Essay #6, "Loyalty and Professional Rights" appended at the end of the case listings in this report will be found relevant for instructors preparing to lead class discussion on this case. These slides discuss the technological trends that might make fusion energy economically feasible in the future. Steady improvements in superconductors are improving the economic feasibility of magnetic confinement, which can be measured by the "triple product." this triple product includes temperature, plasma density, and controlled reaction time. these superconductors are currently being improved for other applications such as MRI and energy transmission. Improvements in inertial laser confinement are also occurring through improvements in lasers, which are also being used in other applications. What does this mean for policy?
