Calendar Reminder Sunscreen Use Stanford University, Spring 2010 CS377v - Creating Health Habits habits.stanford.edu Automatically, when Susan saves her run in her schedule, a “Sunscreen Reminder”, with alarm, is added into her calendar 15 minutes before their run. 15 minutes before her run, Susan receives the “Sunscreen Reminder” on her iPhone and/or her laptop. Susan, a grad student, checks the weather online for the next week to figure out what days she will run outside. Susan cross references her class schedule on her computerized calendar. She picks a day and time time run, puts it into her calendar, and invites her friend Kelly. Susan puts on sunscreen before her run.
