You’ll leave with literature and information that will have you well on your way to getting your project started. Your sales designer will also set an appointment for an in-home survey and measurements to ensure an accurate design.
5. Step #2 We will come to your home to take measurements and fill out a kitchen and/or bath materials checklist. We will take some “before” photos so you will have a record of all the amazing changes once your project is complete. Your designer will return to the showroom to begin putting together your layout with KDP’s CAD drawings which will allow you to see a 3D image of what the finished design will look like. We’ll also prepare intermediate pricing and a list of materials used to determine all the costs you may have, including installation and other materials, if applicable.
6. Step #3 You’ll return to the showroom to review the layout with your designer and go over all product choices and make any necessary changes. We’ll collect a 5% retainer based on initial pricing and allow you to take your drawings home for review. We offer an optional visit of up to 3 hours with our Interior Designer to help you select paint colors, flooring, lighting and wall treatments. Once all changes are made, your designer will set up the next appointment to go over the final layout and pricing prior to ordering.
7. Step #4 You’ll be contacted for an appointment to return to the showroom for a final review of the entire project. Upon your approval, we will discuss the payment schedule. You will sign a Proposal Acceptance Form and we’ll collect a 40% deposit, less the 5% retainer, to commence the project. The products will be ordered and our installation team will follow up when the product arrives at our warehouse. We will then set up delivery and installation start dates.
