Ordinances or any other matter brought before the Hoboken City Council until
April 15, 2009 and throughout the meeting; however, pursuant to the State
Supervision Act, all Ordinances & Resolutions may be subject to review and
approval by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

                 Second Reading and Public Hearing and Final Vote

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN PURUSANT TO N.J.S.A.
40A:12A-7 FOR THE WESTERN EDGE REDEVELOPMENT AREA IN THE CITY OF
HOBOKEN (DR-397) “continued from the April 1st meeting pending Planning Board
review”.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 190 AND CHAPTER 141
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOBOKEN TO REMOVE RESTRICTED PARKING
AREAS AROUND CITY HALL, INCREASE PARKING FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND
MAKE CERTAIN OTHER IMPROVEMENTS. (DR-401)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NORTHWEST REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
APPENDIX A OF CHAPTER 196 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOBOKEN. (DR-402)

A report of the Municipal Court indicating receipts for the month of March 2009 as
$449,818.07.

ending March 2009 - $28,458,115.21.




                                  CONSENT AGENDA

Consent Agenda defined: All items listed with an asterisk (*) are considered to be routine
business by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items unless a council member or citizen so request, in which event the
item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal
sequence on the agenda.


                                      RESOLUTIONS


1*        Resolution requiring tax abatement applications to contain a comparative
          analysis. (will be available at meeting - to be amended).

2.*       Resolution for reimbursement for handicapped parking zone for Maura Carrasco
          and Doreen Viola.

3.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget -
          Body armor replacement fund program – 2008.

4.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget –
          New Jersey’s Clean Communities 2009.

5.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget –
          New Jersey’s Public Health Priority Fund.

6.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget –
          New Jersey’s Community Forestry Program 2009.

7.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget –
          New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program.

8.*       Resolution inserting a Special Item of Revenue into FY2009 Municipal Budget -

9.        A resolution authorizing submission of contract to the Hudson County
          Department of Health and Human Services for 2009 funding.

10.*      A resolution for the cancellation of tax balances of $10.00 or less for the fiscal year
          2009 and prior.

11.*      Resolution authorizing the refund of tax overpayments ($19,701.54).

12.*      Resolution authorizing a contract with Alcazar Communications, Inc. to provide
          interpreting services for the City of Hoboken.

13.*      A resolution awarding a two (2) year contract for the purchase of gasoline/diesel
          fuel by the City of Hoboken.
