The initiative aims to increase the high school graduation rate to 90% and have 90% of students pass Algebra 1 by 9th grade. It discusses progress made, such as increasing the graduation rate from 70.7% in 2010 to 84.9% in 2016. The document also provides data about the 2016-17 kindergarten class and their preparedness for school.
