  3. 3. Keekee360 Design Project End It’s not OVER Client Education, Engagement and Retention Contrary to popular belief, when a project ends it’s not really over. Or at least it shouldn’t be. Not if you want to stay in business! Before your project start, during your project and even after it is completed you should educate your client. Educating your client will lead to them knowing what they need and why they need you.

  5. 5. Keekee360 Design You’ve built a website - Now What? After the project is complete you should ask and discuss your clients’ web strategy now that they have a website. Without the proper web marketing strategy, the odds are that your clients’ website is taking up real estate on the most powerful and useful tool for growing their business that they have at their disposal (outside of personal interaction), but not doing much else.

SEO should be included on your website from Day 1. 1. Keywords 2. Content 3. Directory Listing Off-Page (links) Technical (crawlablity) On-Page (keywords)
  9. 9. Keekee360 Design TRAFFIC How will they maintain contact with visitors and existing customers? Emails, blogs and any form of social media are a MUST when maintaining a web presence. If a person comes to their website, likes what they see and leaves the site, how do you/they know if they will ever come back? The key is: • Staying in front of them • Giving them a compelling reason to come back • Deliver

Without a "Call to Action" (i.e. Contact us, Call us now, Request a Free _____ Today), odds are that potential customers know a lot about your clients company. However, they may not have acted on the urge to enter into a relationship with the company because they haven’t been "invited" to do so.
  11. 11. Keekee360 Design ENGAGE Make sure you blog often, even daily, if possible. Ensure your content is reader-friendly. Craft a stellar email campaign. Be active in social media. Truly active. Don't shout at people, but invite them to the conversation.
