HRM: Interact with Management and Operations team for implementing HR Policies & Procedures in
line with core organizational vision & objectives. Involved in setting up annual goals and plans like
Manpower Planning aiming towards decreasing attrition rate. Interact with various departmental
Managers to manage the overall operations and report to the higher management (MD, and MGR).
Recruitment & Selection: Collecting Manpower requirement from various departmental leads,
Sourcing resumes, conducting & scheduling interviews, Preparation & Issuing of Offer Letters,
Appointment Letters and Employee Verification, joining formalities and documentation of employee
files, Orientation and induction for new joinees, exit interviews & formalities, full & final settlement,
Maintenance of employee details and records in HRIS.
