Electronic Aftermarket Contracts Survey of over 30 of the top aftermarket administrators  - 100% indicated that they wish they were 100% electronic today. The percentage of the contracts being done electronically ranged from 0%-40% with the average around ~15%. Many who were doing part electronic and part traditional today indicated that having both processes made their business more complicated and costly. None of the companies we have talked to had “line of sight” to 100% electronic contracting.
